| This was the hospital that the surgeon's office selected and and Center of Expertise through my insurance. |

Overall this was a very good hospital. It is those 'few' employees that forget the patient is their job that lowers the score for this hospital for me. |

| How Selected:
| Blue Cross only paid for semi private rooms. The other surgery center that my doctor goes to only has private rooms. I should have been in one with the complications I had. |
| Competitors: |
Clovis Community and Fresno Community are rated very high in my book. Saint Agnes doesn't ddo such a great job and if I was forced to go there, I wouldn't have had the procedure done. |

Everyone was very nice and very attentive to the fact that I was having complications. I felt bad for my roommates because I kept one of them up all night. The other I didn't keep up at all since she came in sleeping, and slept until the next day. |
