Comments: The nurse that tried to do my first iv was my nightmare. blew the two good veins I had and was not very nice she was more concerned talking to my husband about her son going to iraq if there is a draft not very nice at all. I did end up with an angel though she came to gt my blood pressure knew I was upset and got someone else who had the surgery to talk to me. I ended up getting my central line and my artery line without any sedative and could not believe I did it. All because of the witch who tried to put a line in me with my arm hanging out from a chair no pillow or anything to est it onand I am very hard to stick after not eating even for 24 hrs let alone 96 hrs.
