It was cleaner than any US hospital i have ever seen. The staff was well trained and very friendly. They didnt speak too much english but, understood what you were saying. |

| This is the new hospital that Dr Joya is now associated with and does all his surgeries at now. |

This was a beautful new hospital and ecerything was state of the art - it is newer and more up to date than his previous hospital of San Javier. |

This hospital was by far cleaner than most of the hospitals in Canada. It's not really fair to compare as they are not the same size facilty but that being said it had everthing up to date that would be needed in any emergency and the care was better than anything that I have had in Canada!!!

| Cornerstone was the hospital that my surgeon chose to use. |
| Competitors: |
Cornerstone had the basics and seemed equipped to handle most emergencies. It didn't have as many state-of-the-art equipment as I am used to living in the US. |

Everyone was extremely nice and polite. The hospital was very clean and smelled nice. There was a language barrier between myself and some of the staff, but it was a foreign country to me and was expected. It only cause minimal problems. |

Overall this hospital was much cleaner, nicer and staff more attentive than any local hospitals I have been to. |

Cornerstone was fantastic. Staff was great and attentive. The facility was very clean. Only issues I had were the fact that it would be nice if they could provide larger gowns and the elevator for patients on gurneys was added as an after thoughts so it's a bit strange. |

It was very nice. The hospital was not as technologically advanced as you would find here but it was very clean, cleaner than I have ever seen any hospital. |

This hospital was as clean or cleaner than any American hospital I have been in. The staff was very nice and even though some of the nurses/staff didn't speak much English there were really no language problems at all. Everything/everyone was very nice and friendly and really knew what they were doing!! |
