Overall Value: N/A Oversized Equipped: Average Oversized Sensitive: Average
Multi Security: Good Privacy: Average Pain Medication: Good
Quiet: Average Visiting: Good Staff Responsive: Good
Parking: Good
How Selected: It was the one closeste to my home.
Competitors: I would say it really isn't any comparison with hospitals that specialize in servicing WLS patients.
Comments: I think that it would be a good idea for them to train staff on what is expected for patient care after WLS or even having a certain section of the hospital designated for WLS patients post surgery. In my experience, I didn't feel like the nursing staff was very familiar on how to care for a person after WLS. They didn't get me up to walk until the day after my surgery, and as all WLS patients know, this is a definite no-no.

How Selected: It was 15 minutes from my home and my primary physician was there. I was just so thankful that Dr. Cha was there and could perform the surgery instead of having to go to Philadelphia where all the hospitals are located in questionable neighborhoods.
Competitors: Crozer Chester is a top notch hospital and rates among the best in the area.
Comments: I have always found Crozer Chester to be an excellent hospital and my stay for my vbg was calm and peaceful.

Competitors: I think that Crozer being a surburban hospital I was a little surprized at the big city care. This Hospital treats thier patients with modern technology, but with a taste of good old fashioned suburban hospitality.
Comments: From the first consult I have to admit that Crozer should be utilized by the community more then it is. It is like a diamond in the rough that truly has not been excavated yet. from the sincere, friendly and concerned nursing professionals, to the excellent and devote care of the Doctors; I would have to admit that I was thoroughly and completly happy.
