Overall Value: Excellent Oversized Equipped: Excellent Oversized Sensitive: Excellent
Multi Security: Excellent Privacy: Excellent Pain Medication: Excellent
Quiet: Excellent Visiting: Excellent Staff Responsive: Excellent
Parking: Good
How Selected: It was the closet Center of Excellence that I lived near.
Competitors: The hospital was great.
Comments: One time a nurse came in and didnt check my arm bracelet and almost gave me medicine for someone else. But the other billion times every nurse or aide came in and read the name on my arm and confirmed who I was and even made me repeat it. No matter how deeply drugged I was. So, this is just to let people know that even in a center of excellence human error can take place. Question everything because I later found out there was another patient there with the same last name as me.

How Selected: This is the hospital my Surgeon uses.
Competitors: I have had two previous surgeries at different hospitals and had such great expierences, but the level of care paled in comparison to my stay at INOVA Fair Oaks, it was phenominal.
Comments: This was just the most awesome hospital! The staff and accomodations were extrodinary! I could not be happier about my stay there. I have absolutely not one bad thing to say about it.
