How Selected: Hospital the surgeon scheduled me for.
Competitors: Horrendous. I will NEVER go there ever again.
Comments: I felt completely neglected by the nurses the entire stay. Some of their staff need to be re-taught how to deal with patients. They also need to be shown to actually attend to and take care of their patients. I am throughly disappointed.

How Selected: I was first scheduled for Southeast Alabama Medical Center, but Dr. Beaver's nurse called me and said there was a problem and asked me if my insurance would pay at Flowers Hospital. I told her yes, so she rescheduled the surgery for Flowers Hospital.
Competitors: About the same.
Comments: They were adding on to the hospital, so there was traffic problems.
