They were terrible, my linen was not changed for 3 days and then when I went off they finally did it! Also on the last day there my cell phone was stolen by an aide. It was terrible, the one nurse when my IV blew and I asked to have another dose of pain medicine asked me "where do you want your next IV"? I had some really choice words for her and she ended up giving me a shot like I knew that she could. I did have to stay another day due to a high fever and ended up getting another IV anyway but still. She was the pits! |

| It was my local hospital and I think it is the only place Dr. Enochs does his bariatric surgeries |

It is a small hospital. They do a good job there. |

I was treated very well. I have nothing but positive things to say. I was outpatient so I was not there very long. |

All of the hospital staff that I have had interaction with have been extremely friendly. I had most of my labs and GI work performed at Franklin Regional Medical Center. The most disturbing for me was the restrooms near the entrance were filthy. They were filthy on two separate visits. I have been in gas station restrooms that were much more clean. I submitted a comment and hopefully this will be addressed. I will provide a follow up once I have surgery. |

| It was the only hospital doing my type of WLS |

This one was smaller but more care was given, I believe due to the lower nurse to patient ratio. |

Overall It was a good experience once I was addmitted the only complaint was the pre-op testing done the day before, the wait was to long 3 hours to see the Anest., draw labs and to do a EKG. |

It's tiny, but quaint. The people are not city folk and therefore really really nice and warm and welcoming. I've only ever dealt with Rex where people are nice... but efficient, and kinda dull. |

Couple things I want to comment on. 1st: They delayed my surgery because of an assistant who had to leave and then kept me on this god awful hard bed for 5 hours that made me want to cry from a sore butt. 2nd: they gave me this size small gown that didn't even fit me across the front, then COMPLAINED when I asked for a larger size. I mean, HELLO I'M HERE FOR A WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY!!! 3rd: I was in and out of surgery in 3 hours, that's it. I went in at 2, and was in the car riding home at 4:30. I was dressed while I was still asleep from surgery and vaguely remember getting into the wheelchair and remember NONE of the ride home. This I'm not complaining about, but it was just... odd. |

It's very small, but the staff was very responsive and I never waited more then 2-3 minutes for someone to be in my room if I needed them. They let my husband stay there with me the entire time and were very accomodating for this. |

Franklin Regional is small and the staff remembered me from previous visits for labwork and a pre-op procedure. Parking, though scarce, was easy since you were pretty close to the doors rather than having to hike a half mile or so like at some some of the large hospitals in our area. I can't say enough about the staff - very caring, responsive, and sensitive to my needs. |

The hospital sent flowers the day of my surgery which was a nice touch. Only complaints are that there was little variety in the flavors of liquids served following surgery and that I didn't get much rest due to a patient fairly close to me that yelled all night long and most of the day through my entire stay. |
