I thought everything was as good as could be expected....these people are overworked and understaffed and do a tremendous job. |

| Out of the hospitals offered by my surgeons I picked Grandview because I know that the other hospitals were not great options for me due to family experience at the other hospitals |
| Competitors: |
Grandview was great. They were quick to respond. Check-in the morning of surgery was fast. They have a great staff of concerned people that really care about their patients. |
| Comments: |
The rooms were very nice. Each bariatric room is private and up to date. The doors are wide to both your room and the restroom. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful and nice. |

| Southview (wasn't on the list) was under staffed and you would need to put the call light on a minimum of 4 times to get assistance. I asked to go home early because I felt I could function better, at home, on my own than I could in there. |
| Competitors: |
I did go to Grandview's ER for a follow-up problem and the care was exceptional. And the pre-op, surgery care was great at Southview. But the staffing was sub-par after surgery and it made for a miserable stay. |

The Respiratory staff there can not be beat. They were the best. |
