I think that Harford Memorial Hospital is better than Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, even though they are ran by the same hospital board. |

| This is one of 2 hospitals in our county, and the one I would have personally chosen. As it happens, this is the only hospital my surgeon performs his surgeries at, which was fine with me. |

Compared to Upper Chesapeake Heath Center in Bel Air I would say it is immesurably better in terms of care, atmosphere, staff morale, and general performance. |

Its wonderful! Every experience I have had at this hospital has been as positive as it could be. I have never met one person at the hospital who had a poor attitude with patients or a poor outlook in regards to their job. |

Food was on time and hot
The nursing staff was excellent always there 5minutes or less when called bringing along a smile my every need was met Thank you Harford Memorial for doing such a great job. |

| I chose a doctor by reference(Dr.Shukla/Janice AndrewsNP). References from them led me to using other doctors that are associated w/Harford Memorial and Upper Chesapeake. |

They seem to take more time, they don't treat you like you're just a number. They make you feel secure that you're getting the proper care. |

Harford Memorial is where my daughter was born back in 1987, so I guess I'm a bit biased in my opinion. I've had eye surgery(Dr.Protzco), knee surgery(Dr.Prohdel) and am due to have Bariatric surgery by Dr. Smoot. It's a wonderful hospital and staff that I recommend to others for their health care needs. Thank you! |
