My Spanish is very limited and many of the staff did not speak English. This was a problem in some situations. I felt it easier not to ask for anything than need to get a translator. |

| I researched and called world med assist and the wonderful and amazing Janet Kwan helped me to find hospital Angeles. |

This hospital was cleaner and more well equipped than alot of the hospitals that I have been in in Canada. |

Everyone was so wonderful and helpful I was also very impressed with the nurses that took care of me they always were so kind and always wore gloves for safetys sake I was so impressed and happy that I chose to go to tijuana for the surgery. Thank you everyone who helped me through this adventure. |

| I initially found it on-line. Then met a friend of a family member that had gone there. |

This was the cleanest hospital i have ever been in. Everything was beautiful, lots of marble everywhere. My room was very comfortable with a place to sleep for my husband. TV/DVD, phone. The bathroom was amazing, more like something you would find at a very nice hotel. Travertine floor to ceiling. Large 4'X4' shower with glass doors. Very nice. Nothing about this room or bathroom was institutional like most hospitals. And i like the fact that they didn't come in constantly ck'ing my vitals and waking my up while i was sleeping. Yet they came to my room as soon as i called for them. |

forget everything you've heard about Mexico...they are great! I would not change a thing. I've never been treated better. |

If you can not afford the prices here in the USA by all means check out Hopital Angeles in TJ Mexico. the prices are resonable and the service is great! The surgeons have years of experience and take great pride in their work. So don't let high cost stop you.....look into Belite Weightloss and they will take care of everything. they work directly with the hospital there, they are all great! Good Luck! |

i was worried at first to go to a mexican hospital, but the place was clean, safe, and accomadating. i think they're just starting this program and still getting the hang of it, but it wont take them long. i would not hesitate to go there again. |

I felt that it was nicer and definately cleaner than most hospitals here in the states. Beautiful rooms. Not alot of fluff. Extremely accomodating. |

I was SO impressed with every aspect of the hospital I came in touch with. I only wish i'd have known more spanish. Not everyone spoke english, but again, I was in mexico. They made sure if someone didn't understand english, they found someone immediately who did. |

| I am a patient of Dr. Ricardo Ramos Kelly in Tijuana, Mexico. This is the facility where Dr. Kelly performs all of his lap-band surgeries. |

In comparison to any American hospital, Hospital Angeles was definitely up to par if not better than any I've ever stayed in. They had completely modern equipment and the cleanliness was wonderful. |

My only recommendation would be to take your own pillow with you to this hospital. Their pillows are much like the one you get on an airplane. The staff was great. The nurses typically do not speak English so be prepared for that. |

This hospital puts most American hospitals to shame. It absolutely was spotless. Every room was a private room equipped with a place for a guest to stay. The private shower was spacious and accommodating to the large person.
Again, everything was sooo clean! |

Hospital staff took pride in their work. Even the guys mopping the floor were helpful and polite. Everyone was gentle and kind, and tried to make sure patients and guest alike were taken care of. |

Comparing it to any hospital I have stayed in...there is no question that my care here was far superior to any other. |

The floors were marble. Beautiful wood cabinets. Large marble and glass shower. Rooms were large and private and even had my own entertainment center. A couch and recliner for my mother who would not leave my side. Staff did not speak much English, but was very attentive, caring and humorous. My experience here was top notch. |

| I was given a choice between this hospital and another one in TJ.. there was alot of talk about this new hospital. I chose this one after visiting the hospital to check it out. |

It was way better than the hospitals here in the states. I speak fluent spanish so the language wasn't an issue for me. I would reccomend it to anyone. |

My experience was great. After checking in they took me to my room. It had a beutiful View of the City, a nice recliner, DVD player and a beutiful glass shower .. the rooms are all beutiful and very private. This hospital is very clean and professional. The people that work there are always making sure you have everything you need. My stay at the Hospital Angeles was an excellent experience. |
