Comments: the icu was interesting-- the staff was good but the enlisted nurse (female E-4) was horrible she is lacking in bedside manner and is rude. make sure that if you need help don't hesitate to ask for it thats what they are there for.

How Selected: insurance- I have military insurance so I had to use a military hospital in order to afford the surgery
Competitors: Everything was exactly as one would expect to see it. They were very friendly because this kind of surgery happens quite a bit there.

How Selected: My surgeon practices there.
Competitors: THe ICU was EXCELLENT. The staff on the 6th floor would not come when I called at different times and seemed over worked.
Comments: I don't have much to compare it to. THe ICU was wonderful, the best part of the stay even though I couldn't drink or eat.
