How Selected: Of the 2 that dr. Ihde works out of this on was larger, a 24 hour a day facility and closest to my home.
Competitors: I was extremely pleased w/ the care and attention I recieved. I had 1 minor problem w/ a tech and when I brought my complaint forward, it was handled promptly by not only my nurse, the nurse manager and the bariatric coordinator. Overall, I feel I was treated much better here than the previous hospital I was in. Also they have nurses who have been through a program geared towards bariatric patients.
Comments: I feel very confident with letting MCA handle my medical needs.

How Selected: I work at this facility so I actually did not really want my surgery there. Since I was having a lap procedure and we live very close to the hospital I needed to have it done there.
Competitors: I really know nothing of any of the other local hospitals.
Comments: I was very impressed with the care I received. The nurses were great and were very caring and understanding. I felt very safe.
