It was smaller, therefore one does not wait as long for normal routines, like morning check in before the operation. It also has private rooms and good staff. |

I feel that I recieved much more personal care and attention than at other hospitals that I've stayed in. |

I'm pleased. The day surgery nurse even called the next day to check on me. That's good customer service. If my longer stays go as well as my day surgery stays I'll be quite pleased.

| This was the hopsital that my doctor was at. |

This is a relatively small hospital which would make you think that it is not very good. Just the opposite. I think I received better care. |

The nusring staff was the best that I have ever had. I have had several surgeries and none of them compared with the staff at Lancaster Medical Center. The compassion and caring levels were so high you would have thought that you were being taken care of by angels. They care, because they want to , not becuase they have to. |

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here |

My stay here was exceptional. I was the first bariatric surgery performed here, so a few minor bugs got worked out on me. However the staff was top-notch, and any issues were quickly addressed. I actually didn't want to go home when I did. I enjoyed the pampering and attention. I even was visited by the hospital administrator, and when he found out that they didn't have a gown to fit me because they were on order, he personally went and picked them up so I wouln't have to do without. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital to anyone wanting this surgery. |
