How Selected: This is where my Dr performs her surgery.
Competitors: I know that it was quite a bit nicer than Kaiser
Comments: The nights kind of sucked there was several times that I rang the staff for over an hour. Other times things where great.

How Selected: My insurance company made the decision for me. This was the hospital of their choice.
Competitors: I thought it was wonderful! Parking was a bit tough, but they took great care of me and really attended to my needs- especially the first night, which was the roughest.
Comments: The nurses are FANTASTIC! If any of you are going to be staying at Mercy, please don't worry about the level of care you'll receive. They're compassionate, caring, and very sympathetic.
