I never complained but my roomate needed help. The nurses were short on staff and this contributed to slow responce when my roomie needed help. When they did answer the call over the speaker you could not understand them. Their voices broke up. |

It is one of the better ones I have been in before. |
| Comments: |
This hospital was very nice. The doctors and nurses were very caring and good at their jobs. The only complaint I have about the hospital is that some of their employees who are responsible for transporting patient within the hospital are not that sensitive to obese people. It is clear to see that some of them are very unhappy about moving large patients. |

| went on the internet and found a bariatric surgeon..dr.goodman many people had excellent things to say about him..i went to this hospital because of him!! |

since it's a teaching hospital..i have had better experiences at other hospital's..( i didn't realize that i would have to walk in to the surgery suite!..in the past i was sedated and was rolled in on a stretcher) |

the x-ray dept has a lot of personel that need to be taught how to treat human beings...most were unprofessional and intimidating..as a medical professional i was appalled at the way patients were spoken to... |

they help you alot with any information you need and the waiting time fopr youre appt its great cause you don't have to wait so long to see youre doctors they gives the apptmt in a very good way its like a 30-45min waitng time after you come in |

I use this hospitl for all of my general and medical needs. |
| Comments: |
I found the staff at the hospital very friendly, helpful and sweet. The nursing staff and medical team were excellent. I must say it makes the job of the the staff very easy if you are a helpful and pleasant patient. This hopsipal is very clean and well organized. The step down unit and their staff are well equipped to handle Bariatric patients. |

| I selected this hospital because of dr.ggodman which is a very good doctor but the staff was awful and I would not deal with the staff if I had to have a splinter removed from my finger please think twice before dealing with this hospital...........

THE HOSPITAL LOOKS NICE ON THE OUTSIDE BUT TERRIBLE ON THE INSIDE PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS HOSPITAL BECAUSE AFTER YOUR WLS YOU WILL DID POSITIVE SUPPORT FACTORS AND THESE NURSE ARE NOT HELPFUL AND I ENDED UP GOING TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT..... |

They where very attentive they where always checking my tempature and pressure. The only thing that I have to say that was bad, it was to hot inside the rooms but u cant have everything,lol! |
