Great surgeons and equipment.
Hopsital is dirty and the staff is loud and uncaring.
I would never go there again.
About 2 weeks post op I wrote a letter of complaint to the director of nurses and the hospital administrator. On May 15 I received a letter of apology and some information that they made efforts to look into my complaints and actions that were taken to rectify them. I applaud their efforts and response, but still don't think I would go there again. |

after recovery i was sent to the RCU for 5 days, the care was wonderful. then i spent 2 days in regular care. not the best but it was ok |
