Overall Value: Poor Oversized Equipped: Excellent Oversized Sensitive: Average
Multi Security: Average Privacy: Poor Pain Medication: Poor
Quiet: Very Poor Visiting: Good Staff Responsive: Very Poor
Parking: Good
How Selected: My surgeon does his surgery there. I thought a hospital would be better equipped should something go wrong than an outpatient surgery facility
Competitors: I have been in many hospitals and by far this was the worse. I tried to overlook the fact that it was in much need of updating. Reminded me of a military hospital from the 60's. However the service was extremely slow and unorganized.
Comments: My surgeon was excellent. The hospital stay was a disappointment. Employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. It was chaotic and unorganized. I would only go back if I had to have a procedure done by my doctor. In fairness they have a Bariatric unit for patients staying overnight that is suppose to be top of the line. I have only seen a brochure and it looks very nice and comfortable with a dedicated staff for Bariatric patients. I was in the outpatient recovery and did not have that luxury. Therefore my experience was much different.

Competitors: It was a great experience!! Great staff!
Comments: I was very well cared for at this hospital. The nurses attended to my needs with no problems and were very helpful. My doctor came to see me everyday and I didn't feel left on my own at all.

Comments: When it's time for pain meds or liquids, just push the button and ask. The nurses respond quickly, but do not bring them proactively at the scheduled times.
