How Selected: The surgeon dictated the hospital.
Competitors: Excellent - smaller and more personal, however, incredibly organized.
Comments: From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out (6 hours), the organization and efficiency of the hospital was impressive. The use of a beeper to notify the spouse when to check with the desk was neat! It was a very positive experience!
