How Selected: it was the hospital my dr was at and it was right acrossed the street from drs office
Competitors: it was great the staff and everyone were just so friendly and helpful
Comments: it was great there I live far from the area but I got there early and they were so helpful and kind. from everyone to the admit. staff to the nurses and drs , everyone was very good

How Selected: Assigned by HMO as surgeons hospital.
Competitors: Very clean. Great reputation. More intimate and personal.
Comments: Everything is wonderful except that they didn't have adequate staffing beginning on the 2nd day of my stay. The poor Nurse and CNA were running from room to room all day and night. They did the best they could.

How Selected: through my insurance and my doctor
Competitors: very nice hospital - care was significantly better
Comments: extremely attentive staff, no problems of any kind.

How Selected: MY DOCTOR WORKS OUT OF THIS HOSPITAL
Competitors: THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I WAS EVER HOSPITALIZED BUT I HAVE VISITED MANY HOSPITALS IN MY TIME AND I FEEL THAT THIS HOSPITAL WAS ONE OF THE BEST IN CARE.
Comments: I HAD SURGERY ON THE SAME DAY AS MY BROTHER AND THE HOSPITAL MADE SURE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO SHARE A ROOM. I WAS UNSURE AND SCARED HOW THINGS WERE GOING TO WORK BECAUSE OF MY SIZE, BUT EVERYONE AT OLYMPIA MADE ME FEEL VERY SAFE AND COMFORTABLE.
