How Selected: My doctor operates from this hospital
Competitors: They are much more caring than any other hospital that I have been to.

How Selected: It was the hospital that Dr. Goyal was affiliated with.
Competitors: It was pretty good. I alway consider St. Barnabas in Livingston the best, but Overlook may be better.
Comments: I would consider using Overlook Hospital in the future

Comments: The recovery room was the WORST. I spent 7 hours there just waiting for a bed. It delayed me getting up and walking by hours. It was not until I complained to th enursing sup, that I got a bed upstairs.

How Selected: I've been there before and always impressed by efficiency. Also, a designated "Center of Excellence"
Comments: What a wonderful experience! My every need was taked care of by an experienced, friendly staff. They have a system and boy does it work!

How Selected: i always use this hosp. when my daughter gets sick
Competitors: awesome, worth the 15 extra minutes to get there. there is a hosp. 5 minutes from my house....

How Selected: This was one of the hospitals that my Dr. performed the surgery at. Plus, my mom has been in there and we were very satisfied with her stay.
Competitors: Well I haven't been to many, but Overlook and Beth Israel Med. Ctr. are the 2 best I have been in. The birth of my son was at NBIMC and the treatment there was very good as well. I wasn't too impressed with Trinitas.
Comments: Staff was responsive and courteous. Have no bad things to say regarding Overlook.

How Selected: It is where my surgeon is affiliated. I grew up in the area so always knew of Overlook's great reputation too.
Competitors: I have been in several hospitals in the state of NJ but found Overlook to be superior to all.
Comments: The staff and the doctors all treated me with respect and compassion. It can't get much better then that.

How Selected: MY DOCTOR (DR.GOYAL) DOES HIS SURGERY THERE
Competitors: THE OVER-ALL HOSPITAL STAY WAS EXCELLENT. THE STAFF WAS VERY GOOD AND THE HOSPITAL WAS CLEAN. COMRARE TO THE HOPITALS IN JERSEY CITY.
Comments: I WOULD TELL EVERYONE THIS HOSPITAL IS A++++ IN ALL ASPECTS.!!!

How Selected: It was in the network(insurance) along with another hospital, I selected this hospital for the earliest date for surgery, the second hospital was going to be 3 weeks later.
Competitors: I haven't been hospitalized for over 25 years since the birth of my last child.
Comments: The hospital & staff was great even with pre admission testing everyone introduced themselves & explained the procedure that I was being scheduled for.
