Multi Security: Good Privacy: Poor Pain Medication: Good
Quiet: Average Visiting: Good Staff Responsive: Good

How Selected: This is the hospital my doctor uses.
Competitors: They were fine.
Comments: EVeryone was very nice and helpful. I had a great experience at this hospital until I heard a comment from one of the nurses. I was in the recovery room still groggy and sleepy, when I felt her lift up my gown and then say to someone, "If she came in here for a breast lift, she was unsuccessful." I am reporting this to the hospital. That was completely insensitive and inappropriate.

How Selected: This is the hospital that my surgeon uses and it is also on my PPO with my insurance. I can go out of network and the insurance pays, but why pay 25% of a bill when it can be covered 100%
Competitors: I have a lot of health problems so I have been in approximately 7 different hospitals in my adult life and Palmyra is right at the top my of the list as far a care goes!
Comments: This hospital treated me so well before/during/after my WLS that I went back there in 2005 and have a hernia repair.

How Selected: There are only two hospitals in town. This one offered the surgery. The other did not.
Competitors: The care, respect, courtesy and staff are outstanding, personal and professional. I would recommend them to anyone considering the surgery.
