Overall Value: Average Oversized Equipped: Good Oversized Sensitive: Good
Multi Security: Good Privacy: Average Pain Medication: Average
Quiet: Average Visiting: Excellent Staff Responsive: Poor
Parking: Good
How Selected: By default
Competitors: Below Average as far as aesthetics and some nursing staff...the food was sometimes unsanitary
Comments: A few of the nurses were very rude and I wouldn't feel comfortable letting them take care of my pet fish. The assistants, other nurses and staff were GREAT. Cleaniness was an issue, even though they are renovating, this still is an excuse.

Overall Value: Poor Oversized Equipped: Average Oversized Sensitive: Excellent
Multi Security: Average Privacy: Very Poor Pain Medication: Poor
Quiet: Very Poor Visiting: Excellent Staff Responsive: Very Poor
Parking: Average
How Selected: It was the center that my surgeon performed the procedure at. She's a wonderful surgeon, but chose a very bad hospital.
Competitors: Disgusting.
Comments: It was dirty. They didn't clean the toilet or flush after dumping my roommates bed pan. [They should have had bariatric patients together in rooms] I took a shower the last day there and I felt like I was getting dirtier rather than cleaner. Generally the hospital staff was nice, but there were a few sour apples. I wouldn't even recommend bringing your CAT to this hospital.

How Selected: This is the hospital my surgeon uses.
Comments: I felt the quality of care was great. The nurses responded when I rang the bell. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful and respectful.

Comments: The doctor to whom my insurance company initially referred me for my bypass is affiliated with this hospital, all my friends in the medical field (and several outside it) were immediate and unwavering in their response -- do not use this hospital! (Not just for obesity, for anything, just thought I'd pass it on.
