Comments: The Nurse in ICU made it clear that my surgery was not important when compared to her other patients.

Competitors: I am not familar with any other hospitals in this town. From what I've read on this site, it compares favorable with other hospitals in the area.
Comments: The day staff was excellent, the night staff was poor. The rooms are barren, just a bed and a straight back chair. I could not find a comfortable position for the two days I was in the hospital. Was much more comfortable at home. The parking is horrible, have to pay to park, no free parking at all.

How Selected: Baptist Medical Center Princeton is the hospital used by Dr. Mathews. Dr. Mathews was recommended to me by a co-worker that had the surgery.
Competitors: I live about 15 miles from our local hosptial. I could not see this hospital doing this kind of surgery or even meeting the special needs of obese patients.
Comments: My only problem with the surgery was that I was put into a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. This was due to limited space available after my surgery. This caused a problem with my family being able to visit with me. My daughter was really frightened about not being about to see me but a couple of time a day.
