Dr. Felts is a gift to medicine. He is so kind and he truly loves his job. He always thanks me for allowing him the privelage to do what he does, whenever I see him. I've never had the doctor thank me. He is so awesome!!! He also worked hard to go in through an existing scar (gallbladder) and repair the nasty scar. It looks like a cat scratch now. He didn't even have to do this. He truly puts an extra effort to care for his patients. I would reccomend him to anyone!!! Posted on 06/09/2008 |

This man is amazing! I had my surgery in Dec of 07 and have been losing weight since. Dr. Felts is a kind individual and takes patient care to a new level. I recently had a minor complication with my band (over fill) and it was a holiday weekend. The surgery center was closed for 3 days. Dr. Felts interupted his holiday weekend, jumped through some pretty amazing hoops, and personally corrected the issue. Additionally, he called back several hours later just to see how I was feeling. When my wellbeing was on the line Dr. Frank Felts answered the call. I highly recommend both this proceedure and this surgeon. My first impression:
Warm and carrying. Very personalable.
Impression change: To be honest my first impression hasn't changed. Dr. Felts still shows the same geniune concern as he did the first time I met him. Nov. of 06.
Office staff: They are great!!!
Least likes: I don't have any to be honest. Dr. Felts is the best doctor I have ever had.
Patients knows: That Dr. Felts will be with you every step of the way. He cares about his patients and there well being. He wants you to succeed.
Aftercare: Dr. Felts believes in aftercare. I follow up with the Surgery center monthly and yearly with Dr. Felts unless I need him sooner.
Aftercare program: Yes, with the Surgery Center.
Risk of Surgery: He explained everything in detail to me. I asked questions and I felt very... [Click here for more] informed when I left his office.
Overall: Dr. Felts is a 10 in my book. He saved my life.
Competence vs bedside manner: Both are a must for me and Dr. Felts has them both!

My first impression of him was awesome. He is very kind and very through. I still have to same impression of him. His office staff is also very great. They are so kind and helpful. I dont think that there is anything that I would say I dislike about him or his staff. Feel at ease and dont be scared. He has great aftercare instuctions he gives you a few the day of surgery even. A booklet. I rate him and his staff on 1-10 a 15.. Both of his bedside manner and his surgical compentence are great. I would choose him and his staff again in a second. Posted on 01/20/2008 |

My first impression was very personable, great bedside manner! My imppression never changed. Office staff was friendly. I had problems with getting one of my forms and the office staff stayed on top of it until the received it. I really liked him. I would use him again, I would reccommend my friends and family to him. He wants me to be successful, he let me know the do's and don't and let me know this is a tool to reach my goal, not a fix all. They spoke with me after surgery, making sure a competent family member was there to listen to after care. They went over in detail and sent me home with written information. Yes, I asked several questions during my preop appointment, alot about risks. He answered all in detail. A 10+! BOTH! he had both. Posted on 06/26/2007 |

I met the surgeon for the first time at my preop visit. I really think he understands obesity and wanting to get healthy. He really enjoys patients that are well educated in the process and people that ask lots of questions. The office staff is great. The educator/nutritionist is wonderful.
