I Met with Dr. Loggins in August and I have to say that he was soo nice and the staff at central maine bariatrics is also so wonderful! I havent had my surgery yet but I trust he will do a good job! Posted on 08/28/2008 |

I only met Dr. Loggins once, he seemed very nice, He did try to steer me toward bypass surgery instead of the band. His staff also did. They were all nice.

4 mo post op, Dr. Loggins is gentle, concervative, attentive, serious, smart, concerned. I would love bigger fills at this point, but trust him and will wait. If he feels its better that way, then so be it. Even if its costing me more money and my Husband is complaining. I want to be healthy and will wait. Posted on 08/11/2008 |

my first impression of dr. loggins was that he really cared about my health and wanted me to succeed with my surgery. that opinion hasn't changed.
the staff that works with doctor loggins is great as well. they all worked together with me to make sure that i was comfortable with everything that was going on and they all made sure i was getting all of the information i needed to get through the surgery.
aftercare is very important. they have an outline to follow as far as food amounts and meds you need to take following surgery.
abut 5 days before surgery i went in for an appt for last minute questions and to sign some forms and all of the risks and the procedure itself were outlined and the team made sure i understood everything.
i would rate dr. loggins and his staff as... [Click here for more] an A+ or 100 or however you want it put. i'd recommend him to anyone.
both the surgical competance and bedside manner were outstanding. they made me really comfortable.

WOW! What can I say about Dr Loggins and his staff! They are awesome! I had a few issues during surgery and Dr Loggins skill got me through and has given me this new life! His staff is dedicated, responsive, and caring! I believe he surrounds himself with very intelligent and skilled co-workers! The pre-op and post-op program are very detailed and thorough. Expect to jump through hoops, but it WILL be worth it! Corinne, our Nut is awesome! She is hard on us, but for our own good! I wouldn't have lost anything pre-op if it hadn't been for her "looking over my shoulder"!! Dr Loggins was great at taking the time to answer ALL of my questions, more than once, if needed! I never felt rushed with him or his staff. Dr Loggins seems to really care about his patients, their outcomes,... [Click here for more] their concerns, and their health! I met Dr. Loggins @ my first appt. yesterday.They all were very nice ! It lasted 2 hours while I met with different staff members.I got all my questions answered.He is very straight foward and tells you exactly what going to happen and could happen. Posted on 03/16/2008 |

I love how Dr Loggins team works so well together like a well oiled machine. He was very blunt but at the same time seemed to really care about his patients. Robin is a gem so happy and down to earth Corrine and Crystal are both very well informed and can answer any questions without searching for answers. Pam is so nice and easy to talk to. I believe they do everything in their power to prepare their patients for what will be facing them. They consider you a patient for life.. Dr Loggins is very detailed is all he does. I saw his picture in the local paper advertising a informational meeting. Liked his face, what can I say. So, I went, sweating, short of breath, couldn't go in, walked around, then wnet in...hey, wasn't the biggest girl there, phew.
He was informative, abit cool, but warmed up, was so proud of his program and staff, and just made me feel like if he felt that way about them, how does he feel about his patients.
Everything was explained at length and throughly, with a 40 minute video that went through all the stages with real people, and then Dr, Loggins had invited 2 graduates to be available, and also, wheich I foulnd interesting, a plastic surgeon to speak about the afternath of drastic weight loss. They were not dodging any subject and I was impressed. But I have to say, the... [Click here for more] plastic surgeon did not make it sound great, even repairs.Disfiguring scars came up , alot!
Called my PCP the next day and asked for a referral. Hasn't been done yet, but Monday, then I don't know how quickly they respond...so, here I go.
I met with the team yesterday, haven't met the nutritionist, yet, but to a person, they were so supportive and informed. Wow.
