Dr. Randy Gould is an excellent surgeon and is a partner in a very highly respected and prestigious surgical practice (Norfolk Surgical Group). He is very kind and caring and has a great bedside manner. I am fortunate that I have been under his care for various surgical consults and procedures for about 5 years. Dr. Gould is very easy to talk to. The office staff is great and the office is very well run.
