Dr Rincon and his team are number 1 in my book. The pre/post-op education, support and endless patience provided has made my life decision easier, on me and on my family.

Dr Rincon is the best . I have been more than pleased with him. I started the process over a yr before my actual surgery . I called his office and he took the time to answer any questions I had over the phone. He put up with many of my questions over many months . When I finally was able to go to my first official appointment with Dr. Rincon he was happy for me that I had finally made it to my lap band journey.
As others have said he is very matter of fact and to the point, but I love that about him, and is the kind of doc that i NEED . I do not want someone who will tip toe around subjects when it comes to my health . I can see at first how people might think he's "Dry or harsh " But stick with him , He is also very funny and personable. His bedside manner is great, he put me at... [Click here for more] ease prior to surgery and I can say there was not anything that I did not like about him, his style, his office , or anything. I do not have anything negative to say about him. I just love him , I recommend him to anyone that will listen and I shout from the roof tops that I have my lap band and that Dr Jorge Rincon performed my surgery ! .

I cannot express enough the thanks and gratitude I feel towards Dr. Rincon and all the help he have given me in obtaining my Lap Band Procedure. After trying for two years and getting no where with my insurance company, he gave me the opportunity to regain my life back.
Never in my wildest dreams did I ever figure I would be so lucky to find such a warm, caring, and wonderful doctor as Dr. R, who would go out of his way to help me as he did. I especially appreciate the fact that he would call me and not leave it up to a staff member. That showed me that he is a very compassionate man and one who was to get to know his patients. It especially meant a lot to me, especially since I am in Wisconsin.DR. R and his staff have treated me so wonderfully and I can’t thank them enough for... [Click here for more] all they have done. I only wish there was a way that I could repay all the kindness Dr. R has given me over the past couple of months. I just hope all his patients realize what a wonderful and caring physician that they have; and how lucky they are to have found him.
After being overweight all my life, I know now that with this wonderful tool that Dr. R has given me, I can be on my way to a healthy weight for the first time in my life!! I am already seeing the results, which makes me feel wonderful! I mean, to think that two weeks prior to surgery I weighed 305, then two weeks later, after being on your recommended diet, I was down to 296, and then, 6 weeks post-op, I was down to 268 lbs. Now, I am 3 months post-op and down 60 pounds; well, all I can say is Wow!!! I know that I have a long way to go yet, but now I know that it’s a dream that can really come true!!! Never did I think I would enjoy going to a gym to work out as much as I am. And it’s been a wonderful way for my sister and I spend some quality time together.
Again, thank you Dr. Rincon, for all you have done not only for me, but for my family. Because I am losing the weight, I have a better chance of being around for a long time for my children and my husband!!

I thought Dr. Rincon was terrific. I have only met with him for my consultation thus far, but I was impressed with his demeanor and the office staff. His secretary was not there that morning and my husband I had driven 4+ hours to see him. I was a bit miffed at that situation, but there was nothing he could have done to control it since he was in surgery at that point in time. They were able to set me up with the prescriptions that I needed to get my preop testing completed and I did that while waiting for him to be through with surgery. Dr. Rincon is very nice straight ot the point kinda guy, He was extremely accomodating to the fact that I drove over 6 hrs to see him and we got psychologist and dietician evals done. Everyone was so very nice. Posted on 10/10/2006 |

Dr. Rincon has gone above and beyond the call of duty - with me and with my husband. We both had gastric bypass and he has been very helpful and has shown a genuine interest in our post-operative care. I am very happy with my on-going weight loss and look forward to continuing my journey with Dr. Rincon's excellent care. On a scale of 1 to 10, he ranks a 10+ in my book! i liked dr. rincon very much , he took his time and explained everything very well. you felt that you were important to him as a person and not just a client. he always asks if i have any questions . his follow up care has been great.my wife had rny with him about 26 days before me. she is doing great also. i highly endorse him for weight reduction surgery. i have not second guessed my choice of dr. rincon at any time. i knew that i was in the hands of not only a skilled surgeon, but a fine person also. My first impression of Dr Ricon was very good, he is very, very professional and very straightforward, he told me right off the bat that if I didnt lose 50 pounds to get my BMI to 55 he was not going to operate on me. I promised him that I would do and I kept my promised. Dr Rincon would tell you the pros and cons, risks and everthing.. he doesnt sugarcoat things. I have so much admiration and respect for him that I would not have done this surgery with anyone else. On the day of the surgery he showed me that he really cared aboutr me.. I overslept and got to the hospital 2 and a half hours after my scheduled time. Any other doctor would have cancel the surgery but Dr Rincon said not to worry and he went ahead with the surgery. THANKS A LOT Dr Rincon.. you are my hero... I was blessed... [Click here for more] to have Dr Rincon and I will follow him wherever he goes. I promised him that he was going to be so proud of me that I would be an example to all his patients.

I absolutely LOVE this Dr.
When I first met him I was a bit intimidated, but he knows his stuff I tell you. He is very personable once you get to know him. I had my surgery 6/26/06, and if I had to do it all over again, I would search him out.
