Dr. Jawad is a kind man and gets right to the point. I have had nothing but a great exprience with him and his team.
The Ocala Regional Medical Center has a great staff of nurses and other professionals on staff. I can not express the excellence of care I received while at the hosiptal.

Dr. Jawad and his office staff are excellent. Everything pre-op to the surgery has gone extremely well. Met Dr. Jawad for the first time in May...for the pre-op day, very helpful, and doesn't miss a thing! I wasn't too happy he was concerned about the ticking of my heart at first, but knew he was doing what was best! I hated the thought of post-poning my surgery...BUT...HE is the DOCTOR!!! NOT me!!
I'll be seeing the staff and my Dr. on Thursday..for the pre-op day again...and am anxious to see them all. AGAIN, all are GREAT People, and ROBERT has been a HUGE help with all the letters needed for my hubby for work!!! Posted on 08/18/2008 |

I had the best surgeon!!! If anyone is considering having this procedure done I highly recommend Dr Jawad. His staff is awesome and they treated me with so much respect. Ocala Regional Medical Center Staff was very kind also and no one made me feel bad about myself. I was treated the best I have ever been treated by any medical staff in my entire life. The decision to have this surgery was the best one I have ever made. From the day I started my journey until today everyone at his office has been very supportive. Dr Jawad was very informative about all the risks and benefits of the surgery. People ask me all the time would I do it again. My response is "you bet I would". I have not had any complications what so ever since my banding surgery March 10,2004. Since my surgery I have had friends that he also has done surgery on and they have done great as well. I met Dr. Jawad yesterday at Pre-op. He is very knowledgeable about this surgery. He gave a history of gastric bypass and went over the risks of surgery.
