I meet Dr. Enochs on my second visit to his office because they linked me with another surgeon that I did not know about. I made sure this got cleared up because I only wanted Dr. Enochs to do my surgery. I explained everything to me. He wa down to earth and easy to talk to, and he has a sence of humor. He has a lot of experience with this surgery, and has great bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone. His staff was very attentive, and they got me through the process quickly. I would give Dr. Enochs at 10 rating. Posted on 05/11/2009 |

Surgeon and staff are completely professional. Although, they do have a reputation for long wait times when you have an appointment. I was lucky, my longest wait was 45 minutes. However, this is easy to understand why, Dr Enoch takes his time to address all questions thoroughly and does not rush you in any way. Only negative is that this office is extremely busy and it will serve you well to stay on top of your post op requirements such as retrieval of physician reports, psyche evaluations and weight history etc. My surgery was approved last week and I am awaiting procedure scheduling. Office called today (05/04/09) and my surgery has been scheduled for 6/10/09. Posted on 05/04/2009 |

4-14-09 Had some complications after surgery but Dr. Enochs was very calm and made my family feel relaxed about the situation. Dr. Enochs let it be my call when I was ready to go home and came by every day to check on me for all 7 days I was in there. I haven't seen him too much since surgery as when I go in for office visits now I see Lisa Long. She is quick, sweet and efficient. My overall experience was/is pretty good. I would recommend him for sure.
1-13-09 I have to say I am very impressed with the new office, the comfort level it offered and the brief wait both in the waiting room and doctor's office. Dr Enochs has once again impressed me with his patience of my questions and his kindness. I feel I am in good hands. Will update after surgery.
10-14-08 I went for my consultation... [Click here for more] today and was slightly irritated that my appointment was at 3:00 (I arrived promptly at 2:45) and wasn't called back until 3:45. Dr. Enochs didn't come into see me until 4:45...so I waited an hour to be placed in a room and an hour to see the doctor. Not a good start. He came in and apologized for the wait and said he was running behind. What I did like was after we talked about the surgeries, he seemed in no hurry to leave. I didn't feel rushed and he made me feel very comfortable. Then came the part where I was supposed to talk to the insurance lady and he asked me to wait...another girl came in and said she had already left being it was 5:30 and she would call me tomorrow. I was back to being irritated. I am hoping it was all a "weird" day for them as I see so many great reviews. Dr. Enochs was wonderful and his staff was super nice though, just very disorganized today.

I tried for this surgery 2 years ago and some things didn't work out. So here I am again. Trying to make things happen. I went to Dr. Enochs new office in Cary, NC. He of course is awesome. Let's you know your option, let's you have a choice, explains the good the bad and the inbetween and the staff is Wonderful. I had my first initial visit on Tuesday. Since I have already done a complete work-up previously all I have to do is see a psych, a GI doctor and get labs then I'm well on my way. I believe I have made a great choice with a great physician to uphold this. Posted on 03/26/2009 |

Dr. Enochs is a very professional and thorough surgeon. I have enjoyed working with his staff as well. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. I'll post more after my procedure on the 9th of February!
I have only good things to say about Dr. Enoch and his office! My procedure was flawless, my recovery smooth and my life after WLS everything i expected. I really feel like they have been with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dr. Enoch for weight loss surgery. Posted on 02/20/2009 |

I found my surgeon using this site while researching bariatric surgery. I picked two in my area that had tons of experience and went to both of their educational seminars. My 1st impression on Dr. Enochs was very favorable. His seminar helped to cement my decision to pursue RNY. He addressed all of the positive and negative aspects of the surgery types along with the risk involved with each. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. They helped to make this journey as stress free as I think it could possibly be. Between his experience and outstanding bedside manner I would recommend Dr. Enochs to ANYONE that was considering bariatric surgery. Posted on 12/28/2008 |

Dr. Enochs is a superb surgeon. His bedside manner is amazing. His voice is so soft and gentle - like butter! He is incredibly patient - no question is stupid or irrelevant.
He and his office staff have this process down to a science. They are a well-oiled machine and are adept at getting you the answers you need as well as any help you may need along the way. They have 2 ladies dedicated to just the insurance process alone and they are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
I would highly recommend Dr. Enochs for anyone considering any type of WLS. Posted on 12/11/2008 |
