Anyone in Indiana ever used Fortis?

I'm wanting to know has anyone gotten an individual policy through Fortis Health insurance and lived in Indiana (or a surrounding state). I see that they also offer short term medical as well as student medical. Anyone ever used them or tried to? What was the result? Thanks for your help.
