Any members with BC/BS Special Care insurance get approved for WLS?

I recently acquired BlueCross/BlueShields Special Care Insurance and it has a vague exclusion which reads No impatient or outpatient treatment for obesity. I am clinically Severly Morbidly Obese......anyone know if this can be won? Please email me [email protected]
