Has anyone been approved thru Sloans Lake In Colorado?

I am in a County Health Pool that is managed by Sloans Lake. They have turned me down for WLS and I appealed and of course was turned down. Has anyone hand any experience with Sloans Lake, and if you have what has worked. They told me by BMI was 37 and they require 40 and criteris states BMI between 35-40 requires documented severe co-morbidities. So what does the severe mean? I have high bloodpressure, a bulging disc, I have joint pain, reflux diease do you think that is enough or will they want more.
