Has anyone had Maryland Physicians Care (MCO)?

I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with Maryland Physicians Care (MCO) and had them approve WLS? If so how long did it take, and did they give you any problems? I have Maryland Phys. Care, and I am 5'9" weigh 348 lbs,I am disabled with 2 small children. My pain Dr. advised me that if I do ot lose weight within the next 4-6 months, that I could be paralyzed from the waist down, because of the stress that my weight puts on my spine.
