Mercy Healthcare and exclusion. Suggestions would be appriciated!! Thanks

I had an open RNY in October. I feel great!! I am helping my sister research RNY for herself. She has Mercy Healthcare, an insurance for small business owners. First, has anyone ever heard of this insurance. Second...it says that "Gastric bypass will not be covered for weight loss". It says nothing about being morbidly obese, or about it being medically necessary. Do you think it is possible to get approved?? Any suggestions would be VERY MUCH APPRICIATED!!!
