Does Sharp Health Plan cover belt lipectomy?

I am at the point in my journey where I am considering PS - specifically a belt lipectomy to deal with my sagging lower body, Panni, etc. I need advice form soemone who has Sharp Health care to tread the insurance maze! Thanks in advance for any and all advice! Jo
