Has anyone heard of Benefits Source insurance?

Do you all know if they cover WLS. I am post op 1 year next month and doing fabulous. I am helping a friend who despartely wants and needs the surgery? If anyone has any info on this plan I would appreciate it because their website is pretty sparce. Thanks, Erikka
