Has anyone had Neighborhood Health Plan or Mass Health pay for Plastics?

Hi All I am 3 years post op and considering plastic surgery (abdominoplasty or panniculectomy) in the upcoming year. Currently I have Neighborhood Health Plan, supplemented by Mass Health. Has anyone else with these health plans got plastics covered? Thanks
