How long is it before the commity for Kaiser North approves your surgery?

My file is being sent to Walnut Creek for approval and I have the Psych meeting this monday 10/30, how long before the commity approves the file? Is there a more local support gt=roup in my area? Union City area. and if not how and who can start one here I have heard alot of people wanting one close here, but not about how to go about starting one or getting one statred by others?
