HAS ANYONE GOTTEN APPROVED WITH BC/BS SPECIAL CARE IN PENNSYLVANIA?

Hi, I'm interested in knowing if anyone has BC/BS "Special Care" insurence and if you were approved for surgery and if so what there guidlines were and how long approvel took. Thanks for any info!
