unsure what some of the abbreviations/terms mean

I am researching WLS at this point and have seem many terms and abbreviations I have been curious about. A few I have attempted guesses at but just wanted to ask to be sure. What exactly is "dumping" and "PBing"? I know there are more I am just drawing a blank now...any that you can think of a newbie may not understand? Thanks
