Has anyone been approved from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi?

I would like to know if anyone has been approved by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi? I use that insurance company. I called them myself and ask if they would cover it, and they said NO WAY it was considered cosmetic.(Please, being skinny is the least of my worries).
