Submit your article or news summary
Help us out. Contribute to our news and articles database. There are two basic submission types:
1) Article Clippings
You can scan health news web sites for breaking stories. As soon as you find any, copy
their URL and submit them to us, along with a brief description of the article. We can't
reproduce the actual content on our site, but we can sure post your summary and send
traffic to the article. NOTE : this is for news items only. Static web content will not be considered.
2) Original Content
a) Personal stories
If you have a personal story that is well written and is educational, humorous and/or entertaining,
consider sharing it with us.
b) Your Peers
If you get the permission of your peer(s) to summarize really interesting things happening with them,
then you might wish to write up a story or summary about them or their recent experiences. This is often
best done by integrating the stories of several people around one or two common themes.
c) A Clinical Topic
Good writers are able to integrate experiences among members in our community on one hand with
clinical or news information from elsewhere. For example, a new medical study on sleep apnea might be
announced in the mainstream news and might provide an educational starting point from which you might
interview members of our community with experience with that topic.
d) Other Content
Be creative, but be professional. We are committed to both open access and high quality.
