Question:
prm of ohio says they do not cover any wls

I was told the same thing by my insurance company. You have the right to ask for copies of their "plan documents", specifically the parts relating to treatment of morbid obesity. They may charge you a few bucks for the copying. Be polite, but do not take "no" for an answer. If they tell you that you cannot have copies of the plan documents, let them know that the insurance board states that you are entitled to see them for a reasonable cost. It was only after I got these documents that I found they DID cover it but only under "certain circumstances", which I fit, and you probably do, too. Be polite, but persistent. Good luck to you!
