Question:
Having BCN-HMO-Michigan, how long is the approval time with all paperwork submitted?

I have gotten the PCP letter, seen the shrink and her letter, and 2-3 years of past documentation from other doctors, and gone to the "meetings". I see Dr. Ali in Port Huron Michigan. If any one has ANY info on the insurance, please let me know...i havent seen many posts in regards to whether they were or not approved. Also does anyone have any ideas about what "brand" of protien shakes that they prefer over the other?
