Question:
I got approved for my surgery and going through the testing. My problem is

We are transfering in Jan and I dont think I will have enough time here to get the surgery. What will I do? Will tricare transfer my referel to the new duty station? I know there are surgeons in the area I am moving that take tricare. Will I have to go do all the testing again. I am in Texas now and I hope I have enough time to get it at WHMC but the way it looking I wont because we leave in Jan and they are already bookedup to late Nov. We are moving to Kings Bay Ga which is just north of Jacksonville. Has anyone gone through this?    — Catherine B (posted on October 2, 2002)

Talk with your surgeon. If you are in the Wichita Falls Area, Dr. Warnock's office will work with you and probably do the surgery before you move. Keep trying.
