Question:
Can anyone give me info. on how dealing with this insurance company is.

Oops you didn't mention WHICH insurance co. (if you use the subject line it for some reason never shows up, better to skip the subject line and just post). Anyway I have Anthem BCBS ppo and had no problems. Dr took care of the paperwork and was approved in three weeks. If this helps and you want more info just email me. Jamie

The best way to deal with any insurance company is to know what their requirements are beforehand. Give them all of the information they require and an appropriate time to review the documentation. Ask your doctor if they've dealt with this insurance company before and what their opinion is. Deal with insurance as if you don't know all of the bad things that can happen and provide them with everything up front. If you do have to talk to anyone, get names, titles and direct phone numbers. Document every conversation no matter how unimportant it may seem to you. You may be one of the fortunate ones who have no issues. It's better to give a good impression with them than to go in expecting the worst and having an attitude. Take care and good luck!
