Has anyone had any experience with J.F. Molloy insurance. I am hoping to have wls

i checked the insurers page (click at top of any page)for your state, TN and I found 2 postings for this insurance. The first was approved after an appeal and the second (as recent as 2/02) was approved with the initial letter. Included with each of these is the member's e-mail address.
