HI TONI, I Work for WALGREENS Grand Rapids east district , and i am currently in the process of getting approved i have BCBS of Illinois . I called them first to se if it was a coverd procedure and they told me theres guidlines i have to follow but that yes it was a covered service feel free to email me if youd like see ya . SILA
