Question:
Does anyone have United Healthcare EPO through Southwest Airlines?

I have my insurance with United Healthcare EPO Select through my employer, Southwest Airlines. Today will be exactly ONE MONTH since my surgeons office submitted the paperwork for Duodenal Switch. I have called numerous times and UHC says it is "still in review" .. I have heard before that they could take up to a month to approve, but today IS a month and still no decision. Does anyone else have UHC through Southwest? If so, when did you submit your paperwork and how long did it take to get approved?? Did you have any other troubles with them?
