Question:
Any approvals since 2-15-04 ? BCBS Iowa 2004

Every insurance policy is different. BCBS of Iowa most likely has hundreds of thousands of policies. Yours is just one of them. I know this is the worst part of the journey, waiting for approval. But you have to remember that each case is different.
